Her main research interests are focused on obtaining new bioactive compounds from natural sources using green extraction technologies focused on supercritical fluid processes. Co-author of more than 30 research articles and book chapters, she served as a reviewer for several journals. In addition, she received two Inventor Awards from INOVA-UNICAMP, for technologies transferred to companies. Renata is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Food Engineering at the State University of Campinas – UNICAMP.
